God is Omnipotent (all powerful) and Sovereign (in rule)

God, You can do all things.
No purpose of Yours can be thwarted.
Your sovereignty rules over all.
You do whatever You please, any and everywhere!
Just as You intend, so it happens.
Just as You plan, so it stands.
No one can frustrate Your plans.
No one can turn back Your stretched-out hand.
You do according to Your will in the host of heaven and among the inhabitants of earth.
No one can ward off Your hand.
No one can say to You, 'What have You done?'
You work all things after the counsel of Your will.
You, God - are Almighty, and You reign!
